Return & Refund Policy –

RETURN POLICY:-

Scholar Shoppe goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Scholar Shoppe accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Scholar Shoppe merchandise or sales for one of the following reasons:

1. The blank items themselves are materially flawed, means manufacturing defect products;
2. The quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations;
3. The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

REFUND POLICY:-

All refund will be trough banks only. There are following ways, which depends on situation to situation.

• Full amount to be refunded to the customer directly through the bank only.
• Some amounts may be deducted from the refund total like shipping charges, handling charges and bank charges which depends on the situation to situation, it will have clear note on the product page itself. So before buying those products please read it and understand it.
• No Cash refund will be done, even if it’s a Cash Purchase or Cash on Delivery.
• No refund will be done in case of sample purchases or sampling.
